So you are trying to make some money with your blog, and you wanna show more ads to your readers, so their eyes could catch more ads.
Well, what I use sometimes is I use the <MORE> features like I’m doing at the end of this sentence(if your on the front page).
Advantages of using the <MORE> features would basically be:
- Let the users view 1 more page before reading the whole whole, instead of having the whole post on the front page, show juse a small part of it.
- Reduce the load time of the front page, especially if your posts contain a lot of images or media.
I’ve actually seen some increases in page hits to my website, and it helps out quite a lot with CPM campaigns as well.
I do however no know what the SEO implications are of using more.
So where do you find the <MORE> feature in WordPress(what I’m using).
- Switch to Code(/HTML) view.
- Place your cursor where you would like the <MORE> to appear and click on the <MORE> button.
There you go, let me know what you guys think about this feature.
