To enable the ToDo list feature in your GMail account, go to Settings->Labs and set the Tasks to Enabled and Save the Changes.

Might be afew months behind, but this is really awesome campaign.
Advertising campaign done by Joe Public. Drivers who have taken their number plates off to avoid being caught by speed cameras are targeted by sticking a magnetic number plate that says SPEEDKILLS.GP on their car. When they remove the plate they find a message on the back that says,”WHEN YOU HAVE A HEAD-ON COLLISION AT 180KM/H A SPEEDING FINE WILL BE THE LEAST OF YOUR WORRIES. One third of all fatal crashes are caused by speeding. Don’t use your vehicle as a weapon.” The campaign was recently featured by Jeremy Mags on eTV.Â
This morning whilst browsing through some blogs, a Google Adsense advert appeared, saying something in the lines of “Let’s break the 2/3 majority of Zuma today“. So I just had to click to find out who runs this campaign, and guess who …. the Democratic Alliance ( A political party in South Africa ) .
Basically the landing page is a “Contribute to Change” page where volunteers can sign up electronically, fill in their details and volunteer themselves for certain types of campaign or other type of work for the DA. You can even initiate a monthly debit order on these pages(the information is available to you).
It is very nice to see a political party with such a well run campaign and website.
And guess what is the most amazing thing I noticed ? For a political party not to have spelling and grammar errors like some other parties(guess who??) is amazing !
And then I saw who designed these pages …. ?? Adii .
Something I noticed today, it looks like Adgator is using OpenX as their backend, maybe I could be right.They are probably using the API of the OpenX engine for serving ads, just something I noted today.

If it is true, I’ll feel even more secure that they’ve got a well trusted engine at the back managing ads and ensuring a higher quality of service.
One of my favourite movies is Wimbledon starring Kirsten Dunst and Paul Bettany .
One thing I totally think is “AWESOME” is the intro to the movie which is a drawn intro but with an awesome soundtrack that really captures the ambience of the movie very well.
I could not find a snippet of the intro but did find the music(without the tennis balls dropping though).
After beging invited last night by Chris to his “Friend Connect” widget on his blog, I also decided to give it a go.
Another social networking tool …. let’s give it a try as well. So I added the widget(plus some additional installation instructions) onto my website.

One downside I found when inviting someone to join is that they come to your blog, but they don’t exactly know where to go next. You must actually explicitly tell them in the invite comments that they must click on the Join Side button on the widget, expecially if they are new to Google Friend Connect.
My son is now almost 8 months old and fit as a fiddle, nothing wrong.
Watching today’s Christmas wish just makes me thank God for the healthy baby we’ve recieved.
I wish Chloe and her family the best and hope the operations to follow will suceed in helping her in life.
